Our farm,
a living
organism
We have been farming organically since 1974.
We priorize soil fertility, obtained through circular agriculture: we produce grapes, which we transform into quality wine, we grow cereals in rotation, we raise poultry, cattle, pigs and horses. We manage our lands with Demeter certified Biodynamic method, with the ultimate goal of providing food which is suitable for the humanity in an ever-changing environment.

Biodynamic feed
Our hens, since they are chicks, live in harmony with their natural needs. They graze in the vineyards surrounded by meadows and wooded areas, free to scratch and eat our biodynamic feed. We do not use antibiotics, both in the growth path of the hens while they are chicks, and when they are adults and lay eggs.
